Terms of service

These terms cover your use of pressengage.com, run by Rocksteady Marketing LLC, an Idaho limited liability company.

The website

The information here describes a service in its pilot stage. It may change. Applying for the pilot does not create a contract or guarantee a place.

The service

Pilot and paid clients will sign a separate client agreement. It will define what counts as a published quote, how disputes work and how billing happens. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Pilot offer

Each of our first three pilot clients (the first three whose signed client agreements we countersign) gets their first published quote free. Your first published quote is the one with the earliest publication date. If two run on the same day, it's the one we told you about first. After that, it's $199 per published quote, as set out in the client agreement. The offer is one free quote per client, can't be transferred and has no cash value.

No guarantee of coverage

Journalists decide whom they quote. We do not promise coverage, particular outlets or links.

Not affiliated

PressEngage is independent. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by HARO, Qwoted, Featured or any publication we mention. You keep your own accounts on those platforms and follow their rules.

Your content

Answers you send to journalists are your own words, and you are responsible for their accuracy. Please only share facts you can stand behind.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts for Ada County, Idaho.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. The client agreement controls any paid work.
